　　原文内容如下：

　　1. The Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone has received additional financing in the form of a grant from the International Development Association (IDA) (hereafter called the Association) toward the cost of Rural and Private Development Project(hereafter called the Project) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payment under the contract for IFB No. MAFFS/MoTI/RPSDP/AF/NCB/02/11/2011.

　　2. The Project Coordination Unit of the Rural and Privates Sector Development Project acting on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Food Security and Ministry of Trade and Industry now invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of 25 units Power Tillers (18 HP Diesel Engine) fitted with Trailers.

　　3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures in accordance with Sierra Leone Public Procurement Act， 2004 and opened to all eligible bidders defined in the Bid Document and Provisions of the Financing for Rural and Private Sector Development Project June 29， 2011， which also govern this procurement.

　　4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchase and collected by interested bidders on submission of a written application and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Le300，000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Leones Only). The method of payment will be by cheque/cash.

　　5. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of the Procurement Specialist of Project Coordination Unit Rural and Private Sector Development Project (RPSDP) Former UN House， First Floor， 43 Siaka Stevens Street， Freetown Sierra Leone or the Acting Procurement Manager of the Procurement Unit， Ministry of Agriculture， Forestry and Food Security， 2nd Floor Room E104 Youyi Building Brookfields Freetown Sierra Lone between 8:00am and 5:00 pm (Sierra Leone time) from Mondays to Fridays.

　　6. Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on Tuesday December 13， 2011.

　　This requirement is for bidders in Sierra Leone only.

　　□ A Certified True Copy of a Valid Business Registration/Renewal Certificate

　　□ A Certified True Copy of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from the National Revenue Authority

　　□ A Certified True Copy of National Social Security and Insurance Trust Clearance Certificate

　　□ Bid Security amount of Le10，000，000.00(ten million) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency and must be in the form of a Bank Guarantee.

　　7. Bids will be opened on Tuesday December 13， 2011 at 12:05 noon in the presence of bidder’s or their representatives who chose to attend， at the Conference Room Ministry of Agriculture， Forestry and Food Security， First Floor， Youyi Building， Brookfields， Freetown Sierra Leone.

　　Late Bids will be rejected and Returned unopened to bidders.
